There are a few particular things I really like about this -- the aging effects that make this look like a very old photo are just perfect. Also, the reflection in her glasses is a great detail. But mostly, I love the open car door in the background. It just adds a sense of impermanence to this like it's just a photo from a quick stop at the side of the road and then back into the car.

Nicky, glad you like it. I didn't do anything special here. I used a random texture image I found by browsing Google images, to give the picture an older look. I tweaked the colors using curves, selective color, color balance, etc. Finally, I did some manual dodge&burn. In the end, some sharpening. That's about it.

Prachtige foto ! Mooi portret van Barbara, warme kleuren, de reflectie in haar zonnebril, de auto in de achtergrond, de "oude" foto... alles is super ! Je krijgt ook het gevoel dat er een verhaal achter de foto zit, het lijkt wel een fragment uit een film. Knap gedaan !
