I shot Vanessa during a party while I had been drinking. Usually this shows afterwards :), but nevertheless, this one turned out great. Although I used an f4 aperture, I had to blur the background even more in post to get rid of the distracting elements. I even cropped, cloned and blurred out one of the other guests in the background to the right :). Kris, your work is pretty impressive overall, congratulations.
i got here after you left a few comments on my photoblog. i think i will be a regular - my only gripe is that you don't provide a feed with full-sized pictures which would make it easier to follow you.
as for the slideshow, the first song in the mix got into my ear so much i had to google up and download it, it's on repeat ever since.

Good job on the cloning I have to say. Wouldn't have noticed anything. But the blur is just perfect I would say.

This turned very well. Great color work. Maybe you could do some experiments with photographing subjects before and after you've been drinking and compare the results. Hmmm, that could be my next 365 project.
