I really like the light and shadow: it's beautiful. Maybe work on the framing some more. On the street you can't have complete control. But keep on doing these subjects, I'm curious to see more!

Children of the Orthodox Jewish community in Antwerp are looking at the skaters.... A little bit of human-interest and visually more realistic than my usual flirt with the surreal. Also no 'special-effects' this time -very little processing. I'm curious whether you'll like this.. so let me know, ok? :-)

I like the human interest here . . we can write a good story around this moment and think of it in terms of each character. More than an image, this is captured thoughts.

Interesting perspective, as though you've joined the onlookers. The angle of light and contrast make me think this could work well in black and white.

I like the muted colours punctuated by the bright red spots of colour. The sidelighting is great and really brings out the texture of the soil. Great shot.

Technically a great shot! There's nothing wrong with realism... it's refreshing to see something I can relate to! I grew up as a secular kid and was a skater (like any american kid in the 80's) then, in college I did some soul searching, returned to my roots and eventually became an OJ...
